Yes, the sign is made with IP65 LED silicone resistant to splashes, humidity and UV rays — suitable for covered terraces, gardens, open-air photocalls and shop windows. The only thing that must always stay under cover is the 220V→12V transformer: we leave it accessible near an indoor socket with the 2 m transparent cable included. If you need the sign for a permanent façade exposed to direct rain, write to us and we’ll validate the IP67 option.

You have 4 mounting systems included in the price, depending on your wall and situation:

• Screws with covers on an acrylic plate. The most common option — 4-6 screws depending on size.
• Ceiling cables. The sign hangs without touching the wall, ideal for shop windows and venues with irregular walls.
• Standing base on a vertical acrylic over a shelf, table or floor. Zero drilling — designed for wedding photocalls, fairs and pop-ups.
• No mounting. Delivered with the plate ready for you to decide how to hang it (double-sided tape, invisible hooks, etc.).

Yes, we offer an optional IR remote that adds three useful functions: brightness control (dimmer), flash and fade mode (soft in/out). In the RGB version, the remote also includes colour change with 16 million shades and automatic modes. It’s the option most requested by bars, gaming rooms and venues that switch ambience between day and night, or events where you want the sign to "breathe" in sync with the music.

Standard manufacturing time is 10-14 business days from the OK on the render. We have a rush option of 4-6 days with a surcharge. For critical dates (wedding, corporate party, opening), write to us on WhatsApp before requesting a quote: we validate real workshop availability for your date and reserve a slot. Free shipping across Europe; remote areas quoted separately.

We don’t have a fixed public price because every sign is unique. The quote depends on four variables: size (from 40 cm up to 150 cm on the longer side), number of colours (mono, two-tone or RGB multicolour), complexity of the path (fine cursive, shapes with many turns, backgrounds) and mounting system. After sending your file or reference you’ll receive the quote free the same business day, with a photorealistic render included. If you want a quick estimate first, write to us on WhatsApp.

Before manufacturing anything we send you a photorealistic digital render of your sign at real size, the exact colours and the lit effect — we don’t start production until you give the OK. So there are no surprises: what you approve is what you receive. Since it’s a made-to-order custom product, if it arrives faulty or doesn’t match the approved render, the 3-year warranty covers repair or replacement at no cost.
