Simple designs start at 99 €. A short phrase is usually between 99‑150 €; a 1 m board or sign with two colours is usually between 180‑400 €; and a complex logo or façade starts at 350 €. The editor calculates the price instantly as you change text, size, colour or mount.

It depends on the total length of LED, the acrylic size, the number of colours, the stroke complexity, extras like a dimmer remote or Wi‑Fi, outdoor IP65 preparation and urgency. For text/phrases the editor guides you instantly; for a logo or drawing we send you a quote with a mock-up.

If you want letters or a phrase, open the online editor, type the text and choose font, colour and size. If you want a logo in neon or a complex sign, send us the file and we prepare a mock-up with a quote.

Yes. Before going into the workshop you review a digital preview or mock-up to confirm text, proportions, colour and mount. We only manufacture once you give the OK, especially for logos, drawings and business signs.

The standard lead time is 10‑14 business days from mock-up approval. If you have a fixed date, write to us before buying: depending on workshop load, design and destination we can assess a rush option of 4‑6 days.

We use high-density LED strip, flexible pigmented silicone and a transparent acrylic base cut by CNC. For special orders we can work with black acrylic, wood, PVC or a printed background. The silicone keeps its tone even with the neon switched off.

You have 13 monochrome colours and RGB options. Monocolour is ideal for a consistent brand, phrase or ambience; RGB lets you change tones and effects with a remote or phone. You can see examples in the colour guide.

Yes, as long as you tell us when requesting the quote. For a façade, terrace or damp area we apply special sealing on joints and solder points to raise protection to IP65. The transformer must stay protected under cover or in a waterproof box.

It arrives ready to hang and plug in, with a 220V→12V transformer, cable and European plug. You can fix it with simple holes, spacers, a ceiling kit or acrylic legs depending on use. No electrician is needed for a normal indoor installation.

The LEDs are rated for tens of thousands of hours of use and all our neons include a 24-month warranty on components and workmanship. If anything fails within warranty, we check, repair or replace the affected component.

Very little. Just clean the acrylic and silicone with a slightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid alcohols or solvents. Consumption is low: a medium sign is usually between 15 and 25W.
