• USER: any person who accesses spaceneon.com for any reason, whether to browse the site without purchasing products or services, to purchase products or services, request information, subscribe to the newsletter, etc. Therefore, both customers who purchase products and those who do not will be considered users.
• COLLABORATOR: any individual or legal entity (according to the legal forms accepted by Spanish law) that engages in professional, commercial, or independent activities and purchases products from spaceneon.com for resale, whether by adding value or additional services and whether or not gaining profit from the resale.
• FINAL CONSUMER: any individual who does not engage in any professional, commercial, or independent activity and uses the purchased product for personal use.

Subject of the contract

spaceneon.com offers signage products such as neon signs, lightboxes, illuminated banners, non-illuminated signs, advertising vinyls, promotional banners, paper posters, printed magnets, and more. Space Neon may add any products it deems suitable, regardless of whether they are related to the signage and advertising sector. Some of these products can be customized by submitting the customer’s own design. All products offered or to be offered can be purchased through spaceneon.com and paid for via electronic means.

spaceneon.com does not include installation of the marketed products under any circumstances. However, some products may come with a general assembly guide to assist the user in the installation process, but these guides should not be considered mandatory instructions.

Some of the products offered by spaceneon.com come with accessories for installation, such as screws, plugs, decorative caps, spacers, etc. However, these components do not guarantee that the purchased product can be installed on any surface or in any manner. The user must assess for themselves whether the included accessories are suitable for the type of installation they wish to perform and the surface on which they intend to install it.

In some cases, spaceneon.com may recommend companies to the user for the installation of the marketed products. This recommendation is purely informational, and the user is not obliged to use the services of these companies. The user will contract these companies directly at their own risk and responsibility.

Delivery Times

The delivery period will commence on the day of payment if made before 10:00 AM; if later, the shipping period will start from the next day, provided the customer supplies their own design.

If the design requires any intervention or enhancement, the start date will be the day of the client’s acceptance.

The delivery times are estimated dates and SpaceNeon.com is exempt from any compensation for delays in product delivery, whether due to carrier delays or production delays.

Regarding delivery times, we offer two estimated shipping options: 7 – 10 business days or 48/72 hours. These timeframes refer to the shipping of the goods, meaning the production time, after which the neon signs will be dispatched. Once manufactured, the courier company may take between 24 and 72 hours to deliver the package. We are not responsible for shipping times or delays that may occur due to the courier company.

Order Cancellation Policy for Neon Signs

Since neon products are highly customized and begin their manufacturing process immediately after confirming the design, dimensions, and other specifications, we have established a specific cancellation policy for these orders.

1. Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their neon order up to one hour after making the purchase. After this time, the order will have entered the production queue, and cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Urgent Manufacturing Orders: For orders marked as urgent, the production process begins immediately after the order is placed. In these cases, it will not be possible to cancel the order once confirmed.
3. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel an order within the allowed period, the customer should contact our customer service team via email at hello@spaceneon.shop or call +34 633226762, providing the order details.
4. Refunds: In the event of a successful cancellation, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. This process may take up to 14 business days depending on the payment method used.
5. Exceptions: Cancellations will not be accepted for orders that have exceeded the one-hour period or are marked as urgent production.

Return Policy of SpaceNeon.com

Product Warranty

All products purchased on our website, SpaceNeon.com, are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects or deterioration. This warranty complies with the Spanish regulations on consumer goods warranties.

Delivery Responsibility

The delivery times indicated in the product descriptions are estimates. Space Neon is not liable for damages resulting from delays in the delivery of goods. However, if the delay is excessive, the customer can contact us to arrange an appropriate solution, although no financial compensation is offered for delays caused by transport agencies.

Receiving Damaged Products

Upon receiving a product, the recipient should check the condition of the packaging. If any damage is observed, it is essential to note it when signing the delivery receipt. Any damage must be reported within the next 24 hours to hello@spaceneon.shop, including photographs of the damage. We are committed to responding and resolving any issues within a maximum of 7 business days.

Returns for Dissatisfaction or Delay

If the customer is not satisfied with the received product or there is a delay in delivery, they must notify us within a maximum of 24 hours. The product must be returned to our facilities in perfect condition, with the shipping receipt attached. Space Neon will refund the amount paid once the product is received and inspected; however, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We have a period of 15 days to communicate the acceptance of the return or the refund.

Refund Method

Returns will be processed via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal, depending on the original payment method.

Items Excluded from Returns

According to Spain’s Law 3/2014, custom products are not eligible for return. However, if the personalization error is the responsibility of Space Neon, the return and replacement of the custom product will be allowed.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will not cover products that do not have their complete original packaging or show damage due to improper use. We do not accept returns of products with prints not made by Space Neon, nor claims for opened or lost packages if the issue is not noted on the delivery slip.

VERY IMPORTANT

If the packaging arrives damaged:

1. Inform the delivery driver that the package has a dent and is pending inspection.
2. Check the merchandise within the first 24 hours to ensure everything is correct.
– In case of damage, it is essential to keep it in the original packaging and not remove the shipping labels.

If the damage has not been reported to the courier, unfortunately, we will not be able to process the replacement of the order.
