Warranty and Return Policy

Purchasing one or more products on our website, SpaceNeon.com, includes a two-year warranty for any potential operational defects or deterioration in all our products. By using our platform, the user acknowledges and accepts the terms and delivery timelines detailed on our website.

The delivery times provided in each product description are indicative. At Space Neon, we are not responsible for any damages that may arise due to delays in the delivery of goods.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

  1. Upon receiving the merchandise, it is crucial for the recipient to ensure that the packaging is in perfect condition. If the box shows any signs of damage or wear, it is essential to note this when signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
  2. Please send photographs of the issue to your assigned sales representative or, alternatively, to hello@spaceneon.shop.
  3. All these steps must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
  4. At Space Neon, we are committed to addressing and resolving the issue within a maximum of 7 business days.
  5. It is important to note that if all the aforementioned requirements are not met, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the product or if there’s a delay in delivery?

  1. If the customer is not satisfied with the product received or if there is a delay in delivery, they must notify us via email or phone call within a maximum of 24 hours.
  2. The product must be returned to our facilities within the specified timeframe, attaching the shipping receipt to your assigned sales representative or, alternatively, to hello@spaceneon.shop.
  3. Once we receive the product in perfect condition, at Space Neon we are committed to processing the refund for the amount paid. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Space Neon has a maximum period of 15 days to inform the customer of the acceptance of the return or the refund of their order.
  5. Returns from Space Neon will be processed via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or PayPal, depending on the payment method used at purchase.
  6. We want to inform you that at Space Neon, we are not responsible for any potential delays caused by shipping agencies. We do not offer returns on merchandise due to delivery delays by shipping agencies, nor do we provide financial compensation for this reason.

Items not eligible for return

According to Law 3/2014, customized products cannot be returned. However, if the personalization error is our responsibility, the return and replacement of the customized product will be allowed.

Regarding delivery times, we offer two estimated shipping options: 7 – 10 business days or 48/72 hours. These timeframes refer to the shipping of the merchandise, which includes the manufacturing period, after which the neon signs will be dispatched. Once manufactured, the shipping company may take between 24 and 72 hours to deliver the package. We are not responsible for shipping times or any delays that may occur due to the courier service.

Claims for opened or lost packages will not be accepted unless the issue is noted on the delivery note provided by the shipping agency.

Products that do not have their complete packaging or show damage due to improper use will be excluded from the warranty.
