Payment for the products and services offered on our website, SpaceNeon.com, must always be made in advance via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. This requirement is essential to initiate the order process.
Transport
Home delivery:
We normally ship products purchased on Space Neon.com through an independent transport service. We have established contracts with various transport companies, and the designation of the company responsible for the shipment will be solely at the discretion of Space Neon.com, taking into account the characteristics of the shipment. In exceptional cases and within our scope of operations, we may choose to carry out the shipment using our own means. Shipping costs will be added to the sale price of the products, and the user will be informed of such costs before making payment.
WARNING: For deliveries to buildings, if the package size exceeds 1.2 meters in any dimension, the carrier cannot guarantee doorstep delivery and will leave the package at street level.
