Custom Neon Letters

All our neon letters include a 24-month full warranty covering both the components (LED, power supply, wiring, acrylic backing) and the workmanship. The LED diodes are rated for more than 50,000 hours of operation — equivalent to 5 years switched on 12 hours a day with no noticeable loss of brightness.

If a manufacturing defect appears within that period we repair or replace it free of charge, return shipping included. The most common issue is the occasional transformer fault (we swap it in 24-48 h); failures in the LED tube are very rare. The warranty does not cover damage from incorrect installation, knocks or moisture exposure if you bought the standard indoor version.

No, installation is plug & play: like plugging in a lamp. Every order includes a 220V → 12V transformer, a 2-metre transparent cable and a standard European plug. You only need a conventional socket near where you want to place it. No building work and no electrical installation.

The wall-fixing system depends on the mounting option you choose in the editor (no mounting / with screws / to hang / with acrylic base). Each option includes the accessories needed for that method. You have the 4 steps detailed in the "Mount your neon in minutes" section on this same page.

We offer 4 mounting options compatible with all our neons (indoor and outdoor). You choose in the editor depending on where you want to place it:

• No mounting: you receive your neon with pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing. You decide the screws, hooks or system you want to use to hang it.
• With screws: we include screws with metal spacers matched to the size of the backing. You screw it straight onto the wall and it’s fixed.
• To hang (ceiling kit): we include stainless steel cables with ceiling anchors. Ideal to hang the neon over a bar, table or counter.
• With acrylic base: we make custom transparent acrylic legs to stand the neon on a table, shelf or floor, without fixing it to any surface.

Yes. We offer an outdoor version with special IP65 sealing on the joints and welds of the LED tube, with protection against rain, coastal humidity and hose cleaning. The silicone of the "tube" is UV-resistant from the factory, so the colour doesn’t fade in the sun. It’s the right choice for façades, terraces, gardens and open-air events.

Just indicate it when ordering and we’ll apply the matching sealing. The 4 mounting options are available for both indoor and outdoor use. Important: the power supply (transformer) must always go under cover or in a sheltered area — we provide cable up to 5 metres so you can hide it in an indoor recess, inside a waterproof box or behind the sign.

The online editor includes more than 30 fonts validated for neon: handwritten scripts (the most popular), outline, sans serif, serif, gothic, condensed and more. Each one is optimised so the LED tube follows the stroke without forced joins or curves that create uneven shadows.

From 30 cm tall up to more than 150 cm. For pieces up to 3 linear metres we manufacture in a single piece, with no visible joins or intermediate cuts. Beyond that length we split into modules that are assembled on site.

The size is chosen in the editor while you type the phrase: the system automatically shows you the resulting width and height for the chosen font, along with the updated price. If you need a special size outside the catalogue, contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll quote it in under 24 h.

Yes, we offer rush production in 4-6 business days with a priority surcharge in the workshop and express shipping. If your date is very tight, message us before buying on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm real availability for rush manufacturing that week.

We’ve produced against the clock for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, shop openings and corporate events. We recommend ordering with at least one week of margin before the event date for transport contingencies (strikes, local holidays, bad weather).

We accept card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer. We also offer interest-free instalments on eligible orders — the charge is split with no extra cost as long as you pay on time.

For companies and public administrations we issue an invoice with VAT itemised and accept payment against transfer with an order number. If you need a formal quote in advance, email or WhatsApp us with your VAT number and we’ll send it in under 24 h.

Custom neon letters are made-to-measure products with your exclusive design, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind except in the case of a manufacturing defect (this applies to any personalised product).

To avoid surprises, before going into production we show you the result in real time in the editor while you design, and we send you a digital approval mock-up that you review letter by letter. Only when you give the OK do we manufacture. In addition, every piece passes a quality control before shipping.

If for any reason the neon arrives faulty or damaged in transit, we replace it free of charge — we’ll request photos and videos for the diagnosis and send you a new one as soon as we confirm it.

The price depends on five factors: total length of the LED tube, size of the acrylic backing, number of colours (a single colour is cheaper than two-tone or RGB), extras (dimmer remote, Wi-Fi control, IP65 sealing for outdoor) and delivery time.

As a quick reference:

• A short word at 30 cm in a single colour starts from €99.
• A multi-character phrase at 80 cm is around €250-350.
• A corporate sign of 1 metre with two colours is between €280-400.
• A large, complex logo for a façade starts from €500.

Our "neon letters" are latest-generation LED letters made with a flexible pigmented silicone tube that mimics the look of classic gas neon, but without its historical drawbacks:

• They consume 80% less energy and run at 12V (completely safe to the touch).
• They don’t heat up, contain no mercury gas or fragile glass.
• They weigh a tenth as much and last +50,000 hours.
• They can be handled, transported and reinstalled with no risk.

Visually they are identical to traditional gas neon — the tube emits uniform light with no visible LED dots because the silicone diffuses the source. That’s why we use "neon letters" and "custom LED letters" interchangeably: it’s the same technology, only the name changes.

Yes, neon letters work on practically any surface: brick, plaster, plasterboard, wood, concrete, glass, tile and metal. The mounting is chosen in the editor (screws matched to the backing, ceiling kit, acrylic base, or no mounting so you decide).

You only need a conventional socket nearby to connect the transformer. If your wall is delicate (expensive wallpaper, antique marble, premium lacquer) or if you don’t want to drill, we recommend:

• The ceiling kit (steel cables to the ceiling, without touching the wall).
• The acrylic base (resting on furniture or a shelf).
• Or reinforced double-sided adhesive strips that you add separately (we don’t supply them, but they work well on completely smooth surfaces).
