What is the process for ordering your logo transformed into a Neon Sign?

Tell us how you'd like to customize your LED neon sign. Dimensions, typography, colors... Or if you have it, you can upload your file.
2) Quote
We will send you a quote via email tailored to your proposal, explaining the different options, and if you have any questions, we'll resolve them!
3) Let's design!
Once the quote is accepted, we will send you the design exactly as you requested. During this process, we can adjust the design until everything is perfect.
3) Manufacturing and Shipping
Our production team will get to work, and in less than 5 days, your Custom Neon will be on its way to your home or business, bringing light and color.

If you choose this option with your LED neon, we will include a remote control that allows you to adjust the brightness of your sign to your liking. Additionally, you can select the flashing mode to create a strobe effect in your space.
The option to change the neon color will not be available unless you request your custom RGB LED neon. Contact us, and we’ll be delighted to provide you with a quote!

All our neon signs come with a transformer, allowing you to plug them directly into a standard European outlet. Additionally, you’ll have a 2-meter transparent cable, giving you the flexibility to position your luminous sign without needing to place it right next to a socket.
Absolutely! Installation is very straightforward as we will provide you with everything you need to easily set it up in your space, depending on the option you choose.
Remember, you can choose from these options:
- Without mounting: You will receive your neon sign with holes in the acrylic, allowing you to either select the screws you want to use to mount it on the wall or thread a cord through the hole to hang it as you wish.
- With mounting: In the package you receive, you’ll find a set of screws with decorative caps adapted to the neon’s frame, making it easy to screw it onto the wall or any surface you choose, without having to search for compatible accessories on your own.
- For hanging: If you want to hang your neon sign from the ceiling or any surface, choose this option and we will include the cable in your package to make this type of installation very easy for you.
- With acrylic base: We will manufacture a base with acrylic legs so you can adapt your neon sign, ensuring it remains stable and supported whether you want to place it on the floor, a shelf, or a table.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our neon signs.
However, please note that this does not cover any damage due to incorrect installation or physical damage during use.
Regarding warranty coverage, Space Neon is not responsible for the costs incurred in installing and uninstalling the neon sign. In the unlikely event that your neon has a fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnosis and may ask you to return it to us for replacement or repair.

For all our neon signs, we offer 4 types of mounting options suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
- No mounting: We deliver the neon sign with holes in the acrylic base so you can choose where and how to place it.
- With Screws: With this option, we provide the neon sign with holes in the acrylic base and include screws along with metal embellishments so you can screw it to the wall.
- For Hanging: You will receive your neon sign with holes in the acrylic base, and we also include stainless steel hangers that you can install directly on the ceiling.
- With Acrylic Base: This option is perfect if you want to place your neon sign anywhere on the floor, a table, a shelf, etc. You will receive your neon sign with custom-made acrylic legs according to the size you choose.
Our standard LED neon signs are luminous indoor signs designed to be mounted on walls, hung from ceilings, or placed on a base such as the floor, a shelf, or a table.
Please note that our standard LED neons are not waterproof and should not be exposed to moisture, extreme heat, or cold.
At Space Neon, we offer you the option to choose your neon for outdoor use. The mounting options are the same as for indoor use; the only difference is that we manufacture it slightly differently, paying special attention to the wiring soldering to ensure safe outdoor use.
Although the light is waterproof with this type of manufacturing, it’s important to note that the power supply is not, so it should be placed indoors or under a roof to prevent it from getting wet.
