How do I connect my neon sign?

We provide the neon sign with a 12V transformer that connects directly to the electrical outlet. The use of this transformer is always necessary.

You can hide it in a nearby waterproof box if possible, or behind a nearby element like a piece of furniture.

What is the dimmable controller?

If you choose this option with your LED neon, we will include a remote control that allows you to adjust the brightness of your sign to your liking. Additionally, you can select the flashing mode to create a strobe effect in your space.

The option to change the neon color will not be available unless you request your custom RGB LED neon. Contact us, and we’ll be delighted to provide you with a quote!

Do I have a warranty when purchasing my neon sign?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our neon signs.

However, please note that this does not cover any damage due to incorrect installation or physical damage during use.

Regarding warranty coverage, Space Neon is not responsible for the costs incurred in installing and uninstalling the neon sign. In the unlikely event that your neon has a fault, we will request photos and videos for diagnosis and may ask you to return it to us for replacement or repair.

How is my neon sign made?

At Space Neon, each of our LED neon signs is crafted through a meticulous process that combines advanced technology with high-quality craftsmanship. The process consists of five main steps:

Design: It all begins with the creation of the design. Whether it’s a custom design or a pre-designed option from our catalog, our team of designers ensures every detail meets the client’s expectations.
CNC Cutting: The base material, typically acrylic, is cut using state-of-the-art CNC machines. This precise cutting allows for the creation of both the neon outline and the base on which it will be mounted.
LED Neon Assembly: The LED strips are carefully placed on the cut support and secured with silicone for a clean and durable finish. If the neon is for outdoor use, an additional layer of silicone is applied to protect it from water and dust.
Quality Testing: Each neon undergoes rigorous electrical and functional tests, where they are lit for 12 to 24 hours to ensure everything works correctly and meets our high-quality standards.
Packing and Shipping: Finally, the neons are packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition at their destination. We conduct a final inspection before shipping to guarantee everything is as requested.

This detailed process ensures that every LED neon sign we manufacture is of the highest quality, durable, and ready to illuminate any space.

What are the Mounting Options?

For all our neon signs, we offer 4 types of mounting options suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

No mounting: We deliver the neon with holes in the acrylic base so you can choose where and how you want to place it.
With Screws: With this option, we provide the neon with holes in the acrylic base and include screws along with metal embellishments so you can screw it to the wall.
For Hanging: You will receive your neon with holes in the acrylic base, and we also include stainless steel hangers that you can install directly on the ceiling.
With Acrylic Base: This option is perfect if you want to place your neon anywhere on the floor, a table, a shelf, etc. You will receive your neon with custom-made acrylic legs according to the size you choose.

What is the difference between Indoor Use and Outdoor Use?

Our standard LED neon signs are luminous indoor signs designed to be mounted on walls, hung from ceilings, or placed on a base such as the floor, a shelf, or a table.

Please note that our standard LED neons are not waterproof and should not be exposed to moisture, extreme heat, or cold.

At Space Neon, we offer you the option to choose your neon for outdoor use. The mounting options are the same as for indoor use; the only difference is that we manufacture it slightly differently, paying special attention to the wiring soldering to ensure safe outdoor use.

Although the light is waterproof with this type of manufacturing, it’s important to note that the power supply is not, so it should be placed indoors or under a roof to prevent it from getting wet.

How long does it take to manufacture and deliver a neon sign?

At Space Neon, we understand that timeliness is crucial for our clients. We offer two manufacturing timeframes to suit your needs:

Standard Timeframe: This process takes between 7 to 10 working days. It’s ideal if you don’t have an immediate urgency and prefer a reasonable time for the meticulous crafting of your custom neon sign.
Express Service: If you need your neon sign faster, we offer an express service with a manufacturing time of just 48 to 72 hours. This option is perfect for last-minute events or business openings that can’t wait.

It’s important to note that these timeframes refer exclusively to manufacturing. Once your neon sign is ready, it will be shipped, which generally takes an additional 24 to 48 working hours, depending on your location. We use reinforced MDF wood packaging, bubble wrap, and high-weight cardboard to ensure your neon sign arrives in perfect condition.

How do you install a neon sign?

Installing your neon sign is a straightforward process you can do yourself by following our detailed instructions. Here we provide a step-by-step guide according to the chosen mounting option:

Mounting Options and Installation Instructions:

No Mounting:
- Necessary tools: Depending on how you decide to install it, you might need a drill, screws, double-sided tape, or strong adhesive.
- Installation process: Use the pre-made holes in the neon to secure it to the wall with screws or adhere it with double-sided tape or adhesive on a clean, smooth surface. Ensure the surface is free of dust and grease before installation.
With Screws:
- Necessary tools: Drill, level, and pencil for marking.
- Installation process: Mark the drilling points on the wall using the neon holes as a guide. Use the level to ensure the neon is straight. Drill the holes, insert wall plugs (not included), and screw in the decorative screws. Hang the neon on the screws, ensuring it is securely fixed.
For Hanging:
- Necessary tools: Drill, level, and pencil for marking.
- Installation process: Mark on the ceiling the points where the hangers will be placed. Use the drill to make the holes and place the ceiling plugs. Adjust the steel cables to the desired length and hang the neon, ensuring it is well-leveled and secure.
Acrylic Base:
- Necessary tools: None.
- Installation process: Place the acrylic legs on a flat and stable surface. Position the neon within the slots of the legs, ensuring it is balanced and stable.

Electrical Connection:

All our neon signs come with a ready-to-use power supply. Simply connect the neon to the power supply and plug the adapter into a nearby socket.
If you prefer to hide the power supply, you can place it inside a junction box or behind nearby furniture.

Safety Tips during Electrical Installation:

Ensure the neon and power supply are not exposed to moisture.
Disconnect the electricity in your space when performing installations that require handling electrical components.
Verify that all components are correctly installed and secured before connecting your neon to the power grid.
