Can it hang from any ceiling?
Yes. The 360° sign hangs from a kit of steel cables anchored to the ceiling, with an adjustable drop height so it sits at the level you need over the bar, the dance floor or a walkway. Being made of polycarbonate it’s light, so it doesn’t overload the structure. Tell us what your ceiling is like (plaster, concrete, suspended ceiling, exposed beam) and we’ll advise on the best anchoring before manufacturing.
Is it good for outdoor use? How resistant is it?
It’s designed for indoor use in hospitality and retail venues (bars, restaurants, clubs, shops), where it shines under cover and runs continuously without trouble. For covered or semi-outdoor areas (a covered terrace, a porch, a photocall under a marquee), ask us and we’ll validate it with you based on the real exposure. If you need to place it fully outdoors in direct rain, write to us and we’ll work out the best solution for your case.
How long does it take to make?
Each 360° sign is unique and made to measure, so the lead time depends on the diameter and the design. We confirm the exact lead time in the quote, along with a render of how it will look. If you have a key date (an opening, an event, a refurbishment), tell us on WhatsApp first, before requesting a quote, and we’ll validate the workshop’s real availability for that date.
What warranty does it have?
All our neon signs come with a 24-month warranty. Before manufacturing we send you a digital render with your design at real size and the exact colour: we only start production once you give the OK, so what you approve is what you receive. If anything doesn’t match the approved render or arrives faulty, the warranty covers repair or replacement.
What diameter do I need for my venue?
We work in standard diameters of Ø 1.5 · 2 · 2.5 and 3 m and, if your space calls for it, we make it to measure up to 6 m or more, with no limit. The quick rule: the bigger the ring, the more presence it has from afar and from any angle, but it must breathe relative to the ceiling and the walls. Tell us where it will hang (ceiling height, width of the bar or the area) and we’ll work out the ideal diameter with you. The neon length equals the unrolled circumference: diameter × π.
Can it be hardwired, with no plug in sight?
You choose. It works plugged into the mains (plug-in, with its cable to a socket) or with a hardwired connection to the ceiling so that no cable shows and the ring floats clean. We define it in the quote based on your electrical setup and the finish you’re after.
